Services

8:00 A.M.

Worship

This service is more contemporary. It often features requested favorite hymns and more modern praise songs. Dress is casual as is the atmosphere. In warmer months, services are held outside (bring your own lawn chair or use one of our chairs), behind the fellowship hall at the foot of the cross. The opportunity to worship outside among God's creatures allows us to hear a "creation chorus" of birds and animals. The view across the valley is over 15 mi, across Northern West Virginia and the Ohio River to Ohio.

9:15 A.M.

Sunday School

Preschool & Kind; 1st - 3rd Grade: 4th - 5th Grade; Youth; and Adult Classes

10:30 A.M. Worship

This is our traditional worship service. Traditional church liturgy and hymns from the UM Hymnal are featured. Theme Sundays provide an opportunity to celebrate our church family and community. Special services include: Firefighter Appreciation; Boy Scout & Girl Scout Sunday's; Mission Sundays; Mothers & Fathers Day; etc. Children are encouraged to actively participate in worship. Both a cry room and staffed nursery are available for parents' convenience. Junior Church is available for children . in preschool - 2nd grade following the opening hymn, Lord's Prayer and childrens message.

The sacrament of Holy Communion
The sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month at both worship services and during special services throughout the year.
Baptism
Baptism is celebrated with the church family during our regular worship services. Those interested in Baptism should contact the pastor.
